Jenny Smith - Principal Jenny has lived and breathed the building industry since the day she was born. With strong family ties in the industry she has a true passion for property from new builds to property renovations. Jenny understands the quality, time management and workmanship that go into new properties in order for them to be a tenant’s home that they too can love and cherish. Focusing on property management for new builds across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie she takes the stress away from the investor and aims to deliver every time. As a property investor herself for over 20 years Jenny is passionate about ensuring investors protect their assets and maximise their rentals earning potential. |

Tahlia Ellam - Property Manager Tahlia gives 100% in everything she does. She applies the same principles to caring for her owners and tenants. Tahlia is currently completing a Business/Law degree with an emphasis on property. Outside of working hours Tahlia loves all things outdoors and has a passion for horse riding, free diving and scuba diving. |
